Our office accept and bill most major health care insurance plans electronically. We will try to verify your chiropractic benefits for your particular plan, but it is always wise to be knowledgeable about your plan and to know is you have chiropractic benefits. Our office staff will assist you in understanding your policy and if you have any or no co-pay's, deductibles, or co-insurance.

You care is the primary focus in our practice. Obviously we need to be paid for the services we provide and have several options available to you.

For Patients with Health Care Insurance
If you are a new patient or a patient that has updated their insurance, please feel free to call in before your appointment, provide us with your new insurance details and our manager will check your Chiropractic coverage. The first thing we check is that we are in-network with your insurance. If we are not in-network, we will find out what your out-of-network benefits are and advise you of them so you can make the decision. If we are in-network with your insurance then we can advise you of what your co-pay, deductable and co-insurance may be.

For Patients without Health Care Insurance or no Chiropractic coverage in their policy
You need not worry, we have a plan for everyone. Our Munderloh Maintenance Plan is perfect for patients that do not have insurance, or no chiropractic coverage as it spells out very clearly what our services cost so you are in control of your expenses every step of the way. The Munderloh Maintenance Plan is affordable and allows for you to dictate the level of service you need.

Care Credit
We also offer Care Credit which is a medical credit card that is widely accepted amongst all types of health care providers. It is not unique to Chiropractic and allows you to terms to pay off any medical bills you may have. We accept patients that have already have a Care Credit Credit Card and can also provide you an application if Care Credit is something you wish to take advantage of.

No Insurance? No Problem!
Do not be concerned if you do not have insurance and are in pain. We believe that everybody should be able to enjoy the benefits of Chiropractic and with this in mind we do have a cash based maintenance plan. This plan will allow you to budget exactly what your care will cost you on a monthly basis which will give you peace of mind and a better back! Auto Accidents and Personal Injuries are hopefully something you never have to address. However, if you find yourself in an auto accident, then you are in good hands and can get treatment in Flagstaff. Munderloh Chiropractic has specific equipment, the  MCU (Multi Cervical Unit) that objectively shows whiplash through reduced range of motion and strength. Once you have been evaluated, the same MCU provides a treatment protocol to strengthen the neck area and increase your range of motion.

Put simply, when your neck experiences a trauma such as whiplash, your muscles are going to tighten up and your neck is more than likely going to be out of alignment. With an injury such as this you will want to at get evaluated as soon as possible. Depending on the severity of the accident you may find that you are fine, but if you are not, you do not want to be one of the folk talking about that accident you never recovered from years earlier. You have the ability to do something about it today.

An evaluation on the MCU takes about an hour which includes your time spent reviewing the report with the Doctor so be sure to schedule enough time for you to be relaxed and dress comfortably. We have plenty of snacks and beverages if you get hungry!

You have the right to choose your physician after your first evaluation.
