Our office accept and bill most major health care insurance plans electronically. We will try to verify your chiropractic benefits for your particular plan, but it is always wise to be knowledgeable about your plan and to know is you have chiropractic benefits. Our office staff will assist you in understanding your policy and if you have any or no co-pay's, deductibles, or co-insurance.

Blue Cross Blue Shield - ASHN
Although we were a Preferred Provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield and enjoyed caring for the members on this health plan, we have decided not to credential with ASHN as we are not in agreement with their administrative or payment policies. We are an out-of-network provider for ASHN. We understand that BCBS is a big part of the community in Flagstaff which will appear to leave many folks stranded. However, at Munderloh Chiropractic we offer alternative and affordable plans that allow you to visit the chiropractor at your leisure without visit restrictions or administrative oversight on your care.
