Munderloh Chiropractic has the most diverse portfolio of modalities (services) of any Chiropractic facility in Northern Arizona. To make it even easier, we have created an affordable plan so you can choose your care and know at all times what your costs are.

What are the Tiers?
Every individual's need is different, so we created a plan just for you. Your health and well being is extremely important to us and to ensure you get the best attention for your issue, you will have a intake evaluation the same as you would at any medical facility. This includes your vitals (height, weight and blood pressure) along with a history for your current condition. Thereafter with the recommendation from your doctor, you choose the level of care you need. We have three tier's of service with each tier including more services than the previous one.



What is the Munderloh Maintenance Plan?
Membership in our Maintenance Program lets you enjoy all the benefits of Chiropractic adjustments on your schedule. As a member you’ll receive a chiropractic adjustment session every month based on your selected service tier, and be able to upgrade to other services that we provide. Our Maintenance Program also includes any additional visits throughout the month at a reduced rate. If you do not use your services they carry over, providing your membership is current. Dr Munderloh will explain the services that best compliment your care on an individual basis. This way you are assured that your Chiropractic needs are being met.

How much does it cost?
You can start for as little as $39 for Tier 1. Each Tier after that includes more services and will increase marginally so you can finally be in control of your care and not have to deal with deductibles and co-insurance.
