unit for diagnosing and treating whiplash. The Hanoun is used for increasing
the strength and rebuilding the muscles in the neck after a trauma.
Once you have had an initial evaluation, Dr Munderloh will discuss your
treatment plan and options with you. Our focus is making sure you get back
to pre accident status as quickly as possible.
Depending on your auto insurance policy, you may have medical coverage which
is referred to as MedPay or PIP benefits.
If you are using MedPay as part of your motor insurance you will need
to notify your insurance company that you will be claiming. Your health care
provider may wish you to use your MedPay first, if you were injured in a
auto accident.* MedPay or PIP is designed for "immediate and
short-term care" and is generally used first. Once your MedPay ir PIP limits
are exceeded, your health insurance then kicks in. MedPay provides coverage
regardless of who is at fault.
Depending on your policy, MedPay is generally classified as a non chargeable
accident on your insurance if 'the automobile in the accident was struck in
the rear by another vehicle (going in the same direction), and its operator
was not convicted of a moving traffic violation in connection with the
accident' amongst other exceptions. Under most circumstances, using Medpay
with not increase your insurance premiums.
